There was a third-party incident which caused an increase in transaction latency for Latin America (LatAm) Acquiring customers. Some transactions may have timed out during processing between 12:57 ET - 16:41 ET. The third-party has resolved the issue and restored services. Worldpay is continuing to monitor the environment for stability.
