The third-party has resolved their internal file issue and advised that all BAI files going forward will be accurate. The BAI file from yesterday, 14-Sep-2026, was incorrect for a subset of clients. Worldpay will continue to work with the third-party to ensure that the data is corrected.
Worldpay will continue to implement the daily workaround, if a BAI file is received with incorrect data, and correct the Wallet Balances in the Dynamic Payout dashboard. Due to the recovery actions the Dynamic Payout dashboard User Interface (UI) outlay may appear different than normal. The functionality to issue Payout Instructions is not impacted. Payouts can be issued against your projected available balance.
An update will be provided on Wednesday, 16-Sep-2026, following an update from the third-party.
