The Third Party has resolved the technical issue which caused an increase in failures for transactions processing on the EFT POS platform. The service is now operating as expected. All Worldpay systems were operating normally throughout the duration of the incident. The environment will continue to be monitored for stability.

We are currently aware of an intermittent third-party technical issue which is causing an increase in failures for transaction authorizations processing on the EFT POS platform. Technical resources are monitoring the issue and will provide updates as received.
